This website does not collect personal data of its own. There are no tracking cookies, no advertising pixels and no third-party analytics.

1What this site does

The pages are static. Availability and prices are fetched from the booking platform when the page loads; no information about you is sent along.

2The contact form

The form on the contact page stores nothing. It opens your own mail app with the text you typed. You send the message yourself, and it reaches us at info@dolphinsbonaire.com.

3Booking and payment

Booking happens in the Caribious booking module. For a booking we need your name, email address, phone number and the number of guests. We use that only to run the tour and to be in touch with you. Payment runs through the payment provider; we never see or receive your card details.

4Retention and sharing

We keep booking data as long as our administration and the statutory retention period require. We sell nothing on and share nothing with third parties, except where it is needed to handle the booking and the payment.

5Photos and video

On some tours we take photos and video. If you would rather not appear on our site or social media, tell us on board and we will leave you out.

6Access or deletion
